- Optional networking in the iOS app: attendee interests and QR exchange of approved contact details.
- The app available in this project is for iOS. Android requires separate development and a quote.
What is Nibble Events?
Nibble Events brings together tools to publish event information, sell products, and validate tickets. The iOS app is adapted for each project.
The available system brings together an iOS app, public website, content management, products and Stripe payments, notifications, and QR ticket validation. Each new app needs to be adapted and published for its event.
You can configure your proposal by combining the service level, iOS app publishing, and additional services. The calculation is an estimate.
iOS app for your event
An iOS app that can be adapted for each event, with schedule, speakers, venues, and QR tickets. An Android version requires additional development.
Public event website
Website connected to the backend for event information, speakers, schedule, and product sales.
Simple management panel
A panel to manage editions, content, products, and notifications, with sales and attendance summaries for each edition.
Managed infrastructure
Nibble handles hosting, updates and security.

The connected, sellable event
- Initial setup: 750 €
- Base price per event: 1.000 €
- Ticket fee: €0.20 or 2% (whichever is higher)

- Capacity control with QR scanning.
- Edition logo and base colour on the website and iOS app; name and icon prepared for each event.
- Notifications: predefined in-app messages and scheduled push notifications.
- Personal access panel for attendees (e.g. /en/event/year) to buy tickets.

- Custom interface or fully bespoke design.

Tailor-made solution
For organisations that need a fully tailor-made solution:
- Specific features outside the base system.
- Custom business flows, special integrations, SSO, etc.
- 100% custom app design, without sharing the common backend.
- Dedicated infrastructure and advanced security requirements.
This plan is defined on a project-by-project basis, after analysing needs and scope.
Add-ons and history management
Select the add-ons you are interested in. They will be added to the estimated total together with the selected plan.
In the iOS app, attendees add interests, choose which contact details to share and exchange cards with a revocable QR code.

Your event, app and backend stay active before and after the event for a full year (hosting, support and minor updates).

The amounts shown are per event and/or per year depending on the concept. In the final proposal, the calculation will be adjusted based on the number of editions and specific needs.
